Down Syndromes Association’s Step Up for Love Valentine’s Gala
On Valentine’s Day from 6 pm to 9 pm, the Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel will be hosting the Down Syndrome Association of Hampton Road’s Step Up Love Valentine’s Gala. The cocktail hour will start at 6 pm, and it will be paired with a silent auction and welcome speech. After that, a live auction will start, and for the remainder of the night, you and your date can enjoy dancing and music from a DJ. This is a charitable event, and all proceeds earned throughout the night will go towards the Down Syndrome Association.
Valentine’s Day Wine Tasting
Whole Foods is hosting a special Valentine’s Day Wine Tasting event for wine loving couples. Wines will be carefully selected to accompany a dinner for two style sample menu. This will feature dry aged beef, cheeses, and an indulgent dessert. If you’re thinking of attending this event, be sure to sign up soon as there are only 14 spots open.
