What exactly is a certified pre-owned car? There are several levels of certified pre-owned Mazdas available, but each share a number of characteristics. They've all undergone a thorough 100 point inspection process dictated by factory standards. They've received oil and filter changes and undergone a road test. They've passed the Virginia State Inspection and come with a vehicle history report.
