Year-to-date sales through September are up 9.3 percent versus last year, with 240,953 vehicles sold.<\/p>\n<div id=\"prni_dvprnejpg9c17left\">&#8220;The past two years have seen a September sales month without the <span class=\"xn-chron\">Labor Day<\/span> holiday, which can present a challenge for our dealers, yet we still reported a year-over-year increase,&#8221; said <span class=\"xn-person\">Ron Stettner<\/span>, vice president of sales, MNAO. &#8220;Sales growth continues to be the product of strong dealer support and SKYACTIV Technology, specifically the quality, fuel efficiency, technology and value found in Mazda3, Mazda6 and CX-5.&#8221;<\/div>\n<p>Key September sales notes:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Mazda sold 23,980 vehicles in the month of September, 2014, a 6.7 percent increase year-over-year (YOY).<\/li>\n<li>After the best August in nine years, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mazdausa.com\/MusaWeb\/displayPage.action?pageParameter=modelsMain&amp;vehicleCode=M6G\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Mazda6<\/a> also recorded its best September in nine years (2005) with 4,263 vehicles sold, an increase of 34.6 percent YOY.<\/li>\n<li>Coming off best-ever August sales, Mazda <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mazdausa.com\/MusaWeb\/displayPage.action?pageParameter=modelsMain&amp;vehicleCode=CX5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">CX-5<\/a> saw best-ever September sales with 8,097 vehicles sold, an increase of 28.9 percent YOY.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mazdausa.com\/MusaWeb\/skyactiv.action?referrer=http:\/\/www.mazdausa.com\/skyactiv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">SKYACTIV<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> Technology<\/a> proves to be the key between performance and fuel efficiency as customers demand a no compromise solution. More than 84.0 percent of Mazdas sold in September were equipped with SKYACTIV Technology.<\/li>\n<li>Mazda reported <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mazdausa.com\/MusaWeb\/displayPage.action?pageParameter=cpoMain&amp;vehicleCode=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Certified Pre-Owned<\/a> (CPO) September sales of 3,513 vehicles, up 17.0 percent YOY.
